Hi everyone!
I'm Ayça and I'm so grateful to step into the president role this year! This will be my third year on WISE and every year I grow prouder and prouder of everything this club accomplishes and stands for. I'm passionate about making our classrooms and workplaces look more like the real world we step into everyday, and I am so thrilled to lead this team and support our intentional and meaningful programs that diversify the world of STEM.
Outside of WISE and engineering, you'll find me practicing with my business case competition team, reading (I've been loving memoirs recently!!) or going on hikes in the mountains.

Hi, I’m Demi! This is third year with the WISE team, and my second as VP Finance. I am truly fortunate to have been on this beautiful team for three years. I joined WISE because I’m passionate about supporting women across various fields and wanted to be part of a community that uplifts and empowers one another. I believe in creating spaces where women can thrive, feel supported, and access meaningful opportunities. My goal is to contribute to this mission by helping strengthen our community through impactful fundraising and sponsorship initiatives that bring lasting value to WISE members. My goal is to support both students and the executive team by organizing internal logistics such as exam review sessions, executive team events, merchandise, and maintaining team documentation. I’m excited to be working with a team that’s creating inclusive spaces for gender-diverse individuals in STEM, and building meaningful member experiences.
